Common Questions You May Have:

No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we need to charge your credit card the first and last month payment. The spa credit for your final month will be released to you upon 30 days cancellation notice. If 30 days notice is not given, final spa credit is forfeited.
Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment.
Your Spa Gold payment will be billed on the 20th of each month. This is done to allow time for your credit card payment to be processed and approved so you can have your credit available the 1st of the month. For this reason we recommend that you do not use a debit card for your spa gold program.
You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to reenroll for a minimum period of two years. If you are a member more than regular 4 billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services until they are all used. These spa credits have no cash value, and will not be refunded. If you are a member for less than 4 regular billing cycles, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full priced service. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services. If 30 days notice is not given, final spa credit is forfeited.
Your Spa Gold Pricing is non-transferable. However, we do have a special 20% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present and receiving services the same day as their friends or family members.

Any spa service that is exactly 60 minutes in length is eligible for your special membership price

Each month you are billed your special membership price, this is applied to the first spa 60 minute service you have.

This includes:

·         Inner Peace – Relaxing Massage 60 min

·         Relief – Therapeutic Massage 60 min

·         Essence – Aromatherapy Massage 60 min

·         Extreme – Deep Tissue Massage 60 min

·         Prescription – Custom Facial 60 min

·         Diamond – Microdermabrasion 60 min

·         Body wraps that are 60 min in length

If you decide to have additional 60 min services you may do so for yourself at the same low price.

Any services that are more than 60 minutes or less than 60 minutes will receive a 20% discount.

The cost will vary depending on the type of massage. Your will get 20% off the 90 minute service. (price will vary by type of massage)

Any spa service that is exactly 90 minutes in length is eligible for your special membership price.

Each month you are billed your membership price, this is applied to the first spa 90 minute service you have.

This includes:

Any services that are not covered in the 60 and 90 minute program will receive a 20% discount.

No, only the member may use their monthly services.
Yes, we encourage you to use your services each month in the month they are billed. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use two the next month.

All Two hour spa services are a premium spa service because they are more demanding on the service provider. Should you want to do two of the same one hour service consecutively you would receive 20% off of the regular 2 hour spa treatment and receive credit for the 2 spa gold 1 hour prepaid. Example a 2 hour Massage 2 the Max Therapeutic massage is $279 regular price with a 20% discount it would be $223.20.

You may choose one service from each category in a day under your Spa Membership Monthly Program. The maximum you can have would be 1 massage, 1 body treatment and 1 facial in a day. Of course this is based on availability.
The spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. Our automated spa booking system automatically uses your spa gold credit 24 hours before as payment for your service, so you will lose the ability to use that credit later.

Rule of thumb is if you think you may not be able to keep the appointment cancel it. Should things change you can always call that day and see if any appointments are available.

You may contact the operating management and they may review some options with you.

As long as you continue to be enrolled your fees will not go up.

I received a Gift Certificate for the spa, can I use it to pay for my Spa Gold Program?

The Spa Gold Program is set up for automatic billing of your credit card only. Your spa credit each month is tied directly to your credit card payment processing. Any dollar amount gift certificates may be used towards any additional services you have. Any gift certificates for specific services must be used for the services purchased by the expiration date.

You may enroll using the on-line secure form. It does take 72 hours to process your application, so it will not be available to you immediately. You will receive an email when your program enrollment is complete and ready for your use.

You may upgrade or downgrade only one time during your membership. For example, you can downgrade to the 60 Min monthly program but you will not be able to upgrade it again, or you can upgrade to a 90 Min and you cannot downgrade it again.
